The long holiday season is not far away.  This time of year can be difficult since so much of our celebrations are centered around food.  Wouldn’t it be great if there wasn’t so much addicting food at every party or given as gifts by friends?  This time of year should be a special time with friends and family, not a time to worry about what you ate or when you can practice damage control through short-term starvation or too much exercise.  What if that all too familiar feeling was gone, and you could actually enjoy the season?  Focusing on raw food during the long holiday season will help make it easier!
