Raw Food Sprouted Lentil Hummus

Ingredients:

1 cup sprouted lentils
1/2 cup raw tahini
1/2-1 clove fresh garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. Himalayan sea salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 tsp. sweet smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. ground sumac
